ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE COLD SPRING HARBOR FIRE DISTRICT

ON DECEMBER 13, 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Cold Spring Harbor Fire District will take place on December 13, 2011 between the hours of 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Francis

Roberts Community Center, Goosehill School, Cold Spring Harbor School District 0ffices, 75 Goose Hill Rd., Cold Spring Harbor, New York, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner

for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2016.  All voters registered with the County Board of Elections on or beforeNovember 21, 2011 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Cold Spring Harbor Fire District, at the fire house at 2 Main St., Cold Spring Harbor, NY, no later

Than 20 days before the election, November 23, 2011.

Application for absentee ballots may be obtained from the Dispatchers or the District Secretary during normal business 9am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
