ANNUAL ELECTION OF COLD SPRING HARBOR FIRE DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Cold Spring Harbor Fire District will take place on December 8, 2009, between the hours of 6:00 PM and

9:00 PM (prevailing time) at the Cold Spring Harbor Firehouse located at 2 Main Street, Cold Spring Harbor, New York for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five year term commencing on January 1, 2010 and ending on December 31, 2014.

Candidates for the District Office of Commissioner shall file their name, in writing, no later than 4:00 PM on November 18, 2009, with the Secretary of the Fire District. Such filing must contain the name and address of the candidate (the candidate's legal residence, not a P.O. Box) and must be signed by the candidate.
