     Councilman Mark Capodanno visited with seniors at Fun Day held at the senior citizens beach house at Centerport Beach in Centerport on Wednesday July 16^th.

     Fun Day is an annual event comprised of both indoor and outdoor activities including dancing, Bocce, bingo, a basketball toss, and a wonderful Bar-B-Q lunch.

     "The Beach House is one of the more picturesque locations in Huntington that we are proud to offer to our seniors as a place to relax and socialize. It is important to recognize that Fun Day is not the only time that seniors have access to activities at the Beach House. The summer hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Sundays 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. where seniors are welcomed to come and play shuffleboard, billiards, cards, ceramic projects, read, and visit the beach." said Councilman Capodanno.
