For the fifth year in a row, the Town of Huntington and Councilman Mark Cuthbertson, along with the TriCYA and Family Service League, have collected new and gently used dresses and accessories to help make a young girl's dream of her senior prom or special event come true. Every spring, young women across America pack malls, boutiques and department stores in search of the perfect prom or special occasion dress. Unfortunately, due to economic constraints, there are a great many families that cannot afford that special dress.

Councilman Mark Cuthbertson stated, “I wish to thank all of the residents and store owners for their generous donations of new and gently used dresses and accessories.  Hopefully this will help to ease the burden on families as they prepare for their child’s prom or spring event.”

Viewing this collection is by appointment only.  There is no charge and all appointments are confidential.
