Huntington, NY - Councilwomen Susan A. Berland and Glenda
A. Jackson were on hand at The Book Revue in Huntington Village Thursday night
to present nationally acclaimed television star, director and author Alan Alda
with an official proclamation from the Town of Huntington. Alda appeared
before a large crowd to discuss his New York Times bestseller,
Things I Overheard While Talking to Myself. The
six-time Emmy Award winner's recent memoir recounts his personal philosophies
during different stages of his career.
