A RARE FIND FOR THE TOWN'S ARCHIVES

Recently the Town of Huntington Records Center was presented with a Huntington School District 22 vital statistics book dating 1847. The book did not exist previously in the Town Archives collection. Town Clerk Jo-Ann Raia was hosting a tour of the Archives when Karen Trivette Cannell, a  GIS and Electronic Records Specialist from the New York State Department of Education presented the rare find to Ms. Raia to add to the Town's Archives collection.
