Residents who wish to register may enter in any address within the Town of Huntington and the web page will show a listing of each hydrant in that neighborhood. They may choose listed hydrant; those no longer listed have already been adopted.

Residents who "adopt a hydrant" are required to keep it clear of any debris, litter, foliage or snow that may hinder the ability of an emergency responder to access it.
